Chuck Gutierrez

Head Coach

Chuck has manned the helm of the Bombers teams since 2011. Under his watch, the Bombers have graduated 100% of high school seniors including the most recent class of 2015 that saw nine players receive baseball offers from college programs.


Chuck played his college baseball at Kansas St. University, primarily as a Pitcher, and secondarily as a middle infielder. After college, Chuck played independent baseball in Guelph, Ontario, Canada for the Guelph Royals. Currently, he is also the Head Coach at All Hallows High School in the Bronx. His 2011 team won a Division Title and finished as runner up for the NYC Championship. That year Chuck was named CHSAA Daily News New York High School Coach of the Year. He has led All Hallows into the playoff tournament every year, except for one, in his 17 year coaching tenure.


Ramon Taveras

Head Pitching Coach


Ramon has been with the program since its inception in 2011. Since his departure from professional baseball, Ramon has spent his time developing youth players of all ages helping them master the art of pitching, as well as all other aspects of the game. Ramon brings 12+ years of professional baseball experience to the program.


Ramon signed as a free agent with the Los Angeles Dodgers as a pitcher at only 17 years old. He spent six seasons in the Dodgers’ organization, which included time playing for the San Antonio Missions (AA) where he went 15-7 in the 1991 season and was an All-Star that year. He also played in the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League for the Tigres del Licey. Ramon’s combined professional pitching record (Dominican Republic and United States) is 46-15.

                                                 Keith Del Valle

Head Coach

Keith joined our program as a head coach in 2016.  He is also the head varsity baseball coach at Salesian High School in New Rochelle, NY. Prior to joining Salesian, Keith served as head varsity baseball coach at Regis High School for four years.  Before Regis, he served for three years as head varsity baseball coach at Monsignor Scanlan High School in which he won a CHSAA city championship in 2012.  In that span Keith has helped over 30 players get accepted to NCAA Division I, II and III universities.  Beyond coaching Keith has run a successful training business with his uncle for nine years with emphasis on speed, agility, strength, and baseball instruction.  Keith played high school baseball at Salesian and graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY.

                                                Marco Rodriguez

                                                       Assistant Coach

Marco joined our program in 2017.  He is also the head coach of junior varsity and assistant coach for varsity baseball at Salesian High School, his alma mater.   Marco played college baseball at Mount Saint Vincent and graduated from William Patterson University.  Marco began his coaching career at Monsignor Scanlan High School, winning a city championship in 2012. He also coached at Regis High School in New York  City from 2012-2016.
